The electric blue Korn lettering cuts straight through the dark, sketch-like artwork on this alternate Issues design, with the boxed-in figure and rough black-and-white imagery giving the graphic a dark, closed-in look. Created during Korn’s 1999 Issues album-cover contest, this alternative artwork brings a completely different look from the familiar rag doll cover.

The bold blue against the black shirt gives this one a harder, more underground nu metal look. It’s an Issues shirt that stands apart from the standard album artwork while still carrying that unmistakable late-’90s Korn feel.
