At JB Accessories05, we want you to be satisfied. If you aren't happy with your order, we're here to help.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at jbaccessories05@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Return Guidelines

Window: Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and packed safely for return shipping.
Exclusions: Custom or personalized items, clearance or final sale items, gift cards, and worn or washed items cannot be returned.

Fees & Shipping

Customer-Initiated Returns: A 10% restocking fee applies. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Seller Error: Returns due to seller error (incorrect or defective items) are exempt from fees and shipping costs.
Non-Refundable: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Transit Damage: Items damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost to the customer. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is unavailable.
Claims: Contact us within 15 days at jbaccessories05@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 1–2 business days. Funds typically appear in your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
